Mix IYOSEI PROFESSIONAL cream developer with hair color or bleaching powder, in the proportions recommended by these products.

Mixture: Super Lighteners: For a lightening of 4 ½ to 5 shades, mix 1 tube (60 g) + 3 parts of Cream Developer (180 g) of 40 Vol. (12%). On light bases, or when maximum lightening is not desired, it is preferable to use 30 vol Cream Developer. (9%).
